Goodlife Guest house in mafikeng

I did not like anything

I initially booked at GoodLife Guest house and was taken to another guest house because they claimed it was already full at GoodLife, the guest house I slept at had to wifi, no refrigerator, there was no hot water, no air conditioner and I had to sleep in a blanket store home after being given a room that was occupied, the people came at night had we had to be taken to a store room😭, the staff took out the belongings of the people that had booked the room and took us into a room that was already occupied

The bed was very comfortable and the linen was neat. The room was clean.

Parking is a problem. The space is tool little and we are not leaving at the same time. There was no kettle and tea items readily available. I was not informed about leaving the key for cleaning purposes only to find that we I came back my room was not done. Staying for a long time at the gate without opening is very disturbing. One is calling but opening the gate is a problem it has to be dealt with as a matter of urgency. We cannot be requesting tea stuff and kettle they must be readily available in the room. Enough plugs to be installed , we are moving with technology we need to charge our gargets. One plug is not enough because one cannot watch tv as the plug is used for the fridge.

Lady receptionist was not really nice but MUSA, the general worker tried very hard to assist us. he was exceptionally good. It is also a safe area

There was no breakfast

Aircon was not working

The toilet paper was of a very low quality. There was not electric kettle(&coffee,tea,sugar,milk) and cutlery(cups,plates,spoons)
