The company I had.

The receptionist was rude The doors are not working. Rooms are cols, no heaters, and the bathroom had used bath soaps. The room had a broken mirror and headboard. Oh my goodness, this was terrible.

"Below expectations."

Location. The host tried to assist under difficult circumstances.

The facilities leave a lot to be desired. There was not even a towel rail in the bathroom The host tried to change the rooms only to have no hot water on the departure morning leaving without a shower. There is no air conditioning for cold weather.
