The apartment was excellent -no info about the WiFi though, by luck we discovered the code to scan. But: -From the first correspondence I asked the administrator how we would get in, no answer, mystery! Six hours before arrival she texted, or emailed, an app; I had we had no idea how to use it, took quite a while to finally access the property. A short descriptive instruction at reservation time would have gone a long way. -The address was hard to find (Google misdirected us), so I called the administrator: no answer. -With such a flamboyant name, it gives the impression Charme Belle Arti is a multi-apartment rental complex: well it's just one apartment in a residential building with a micro identifier tag name at a poorly lighted door on a dark street, and then you still have to figure out how to use the app. -Once the search for the building and the app puzzles were solved and we were are in, the apartment is quite nice and comfortable. -Needs more water glasses and wine glasses, though.

Clean and modern apartment. Short walk to the train station. Had a great time in Modena.

Lovely clean modern apartment, great price to quality ratio, comfortable bed, fantastic quiet air con, good location near Modena main square, about 15 minute walk to Ferrari museum. Fantastic TV with Netflix and streaming capability which was nice.

No cooking basics supplies (no oil, salt or pepper, no sharp knives) - but plenty of cutlery/plates/pans etc so still possible to cook.

Very difficult to get in as app had to be downloaded and we didn't have wifi and then our phone battery died.

Great apartment with very well equipped kitchen. Everything was to full satisfaction

Very noisy neighbours upstairs during the evenings.

Located between train station and the centre where we needed to go for friends party, so location worked for us.

The smart key via app that’s not always so smart, as we found out coming back from friends party after mid night, it decided not to work (even worked fine all day before that), so we were stuck outside for hours trying to contact booking and owner, eventually the lady had to come to let us in, not good for us or her in the middle of the night.

The appartment is very good equipped, but a little bit tinny for 3 people. It is near to the city center.

The decision with the key via application is smart, but unfortunately does not work properly. We staid there for 4 nights and at the begin it worked very well. Unfortunately, even we both are working as IT, on our last night we came late in the evening, and we were not able to open the door. We tried to call the owner but there was no answer. We were staying in the midnight with our child on the street and no other possibility but searching for another free room in the hotel nearby. We had additional unexpected costs paying expensive rooms and the owner did nor recover this extra money. The most important topic for her was that we take out our luggage on the next morning to be possible to clean the apartment for the next guests. It seems that this key-solution is linked to the internet and if the router was shut down for any reason, it is not possible to work again properly. Nearby was a construction site and maybe during the day they switched off the electricity. At the evening the key application gave us a message that we are on the wrong address and our key is for apartment in Bologna, which is completely wrong. Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this property.
