Great location, 5 mins from the train station, then 5 mins from the main square. The room was beautifully renovated with gorgeous modern and rustic features and the ability to plug chrome cast in to TV. Host also allowed us to check in earlier than we expected to drop our bags off.

very modern apartment in the heart of Modena. owner did her best to make it comfortable for us (even arranged the parking permit, ZTL)

We had to delay (17:30 instead of 15:00) our check-in as the electronic lock was not working and the owner had to arrange some st. Also one time during our stay we had a difficulty with the electronic lock, as the application wasn’t working. which the owner resolved within a few minutes.

everything was great

Clean and modern. Has a table enough for working if required. Bed and pillow is comfy.

There is a step to the shower room. There is some construction or renovation work at the opposite building. A little bit of noise during the working hour but if you will be out and about, it should not be an issue.

Not knowing when i booked that the access to facilities was via an app. But it worked nicely overall

I liked the most smart grids. Tech apartment in the city center. Highly recommended!

A lovely, very clean flat with all comforts in a quiet street in old town. Easy walking distance to the train station and Enzo Ferrari museum. Definitely will visit again

The location

Keyless door. If you have a problem downloading the application, then the big problems start because the flat manager does not want to give the keys. Too expensive if you lose them! A silly joke.

The property is in a great spot, it’s close to the train station and the historic centre. The bed is big and comfortable and the apartment is clean and modern with basic amenities. It’s quite spacious for a studio. Easy check in with helpful instructions (be aware you need to download an app).

The apartment stunk. We entered the apartment and it immediately stunk of stagnant water and sewage. We opened windows and turned off the heater which improved the smell. As soon as we turned the heater back on, the apartment stunk again. So we were cold over night because we couldn’t use the heater after having the windows open to reduce the smell in the middle of winter. Disappointed to see other recent reviews about the smell (available after our booking was paid for) and not so much as an air freshener available (we bought one ourselves). The shower doesn’t drain properly either (which probably doesn’t help the smell). We only stayed one night so we notified the hosts upon departure and they apologised but I’m not really impressed at the price we paid for accommodation we couldn’t heat.
