Me and my partner loved our stay at L'ancora. The host was so welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious and spotless and was cleaned every day. Breakfast in bed each morning was superb. Fantastic location. Will definitely be back!

The location was absolutely perfect. We had a view of the sea and the street below. Salvio met us at the parking garage and took all our luggage to the place. He was always so helpful and offered many suggestions. The breakfast was amazing and he went above and beyond to do whatever he could for us. Great place, I would highly recommend.

The stay was perfect!!! The only thing I would warn about which I completely missed (not on the owner) was a little confusion about where to go. I would suggest calling him right before you hit town. He will give you directions on parking in the grand hotel parking. The night life goes until about 2:00am and you can hear it especially when you keep your window open. We enjoyed it, but some may not.

Would definitely stay here again! Silvano, the owner, is amazing. He took great care of us with a big breakfast, served in our rooms, each morning. The hotel is immaculately clean, comfortable and close to everything. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view straight onto the bay. Wonderful big window to sit at. Lovely and clean and a very good breakfast delivered to our room.

Not a huge room so good for a short stay.

"Silvano is the best! He treats you better than you would treat your own family!"

Everything! Silvano is the owner and your contact at L’Ancora. Once you arrive call Silvano. He meets you at the parking garage, shows you where to park and takes you and your luggage to L’Ancora with his electric luggage trolley. It is a short few minute walk to L’Ancora from the public parking garage.

L’Ancora is located in the historical part of the city. That means cars are not allowed to drive to the hotel. There is metered street parking and a public parking garage which is not included.
