Great service, nice room, on the 2nd night we were moved to a room with a sea view which was great. Breakfast served to the room which was nice. Location is good - with in the old town so very convenient for restaurants. If you want the free beach it is a long walk however.

I was recommended to park in the public parking, at 40EU a day though it's not cheap. I suspect there are better parking options.

We didn’t care for Portovenere as a place it wasn’t what we thought but the property where we stayed was perfect!

Silvano was a lovely host, he was welcoming without being intrusive. The location was excellent, located conveniently at the walking street full of shops and restaurants; also a stone’s throw away from the port and main attractions like Chiesa di San Pietro, Grotta di Lord Byron. I could go on a boat trip and come back for shower and drop my things before continuing on my day! The room had lovely view of the port and Palmaria island. It was clean and well-equipped (air-conditioning, fridge, bathroom amenitites) beyond my expectations (Nespresso machine? Even my 4-star hotel in Milan did not have one 🤭) Breakfast was served in your room each morning and you can enjoy it in front of the lovely view. It was quiet at night despite its location in the main area.

The hotel is located exactly in the city center, that part which is for pedestrians only (this could be a little problem for travelers with big suitcases as we were, but the owner was meeting us at the closest public parking with special trolley for baggage :3 and there are reserved places at the parking even if it is said that the parking is full! That is the greatest respect for the owners). Also there is a beautiful view to the sea from the window! The owners are a beautiful couple, they helped us with everything - restaurant for dinner for big company, boat trip, towels for the beach, all questions were solved very fast. Thank you so much for your kindness.

Location in the heart of Portovenere! Modern and spotless, Silvano, our host, is over the top with breakfast every morning in our room and is very helpful and kind. He had a luggage cart and carried all our luggage!!! I would stay here again!

It feels just like home: Friendly welcome from the owner, fresh flowers in the corridor, amazing breakfast, nice sea view, great location close to the port, access to the sea just downstairs, big Italian shower, even the decoration is chosen with care (colourful porcelains mimicking the village view). Everything is perfect.
