The historic Palace Hotel is amazing. From the moment you walk into the lobby, it is like going back in history. It is exceptional. This is my second time staying at The Palace and staff is wonderful. Also, dog friendly! Perfect location for downtown Port Townsend. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel; central downtown; 5 min walk to boat terminals at either end of town; very comfortable beds/fun and interesting rooms; quiet despite it’s central location; fantastic and fun history that is played up by the decor; great/unique library and amenities; staff was wonderful - would absolutely stay there again

No elevator that we found - fine for us, but request first floor if you are less mobile

Location was fantastic. Beautiful view from the room.

A warning about the amount of stairs. We were on the third floor and then more stairs to bedroom. A visit to the bathroom required traveling down those stairs.

The staff was incredibly kind and this was such a unique hotel. It felt like stepping back in time and fit beautifully in with the area. Very walkable for the rest of the town and any tours.
