Villa green Eden

The property was very secluded and had a wonderful view of the bay of Naples. Very close to town.

You need to have a very small car nothing bigger than a few panda to fit up the road.

It’s was just amazing. So modern and clean with everything you need. Amazing views away from the hustle and bustle yet easy to get into town! Mario was a great host cannot thank him enough!

Nothing I liked it all

We were met at the holding location and transported to Villa via the shuttle service. Communication with Carmine was prompt, efficient and informative, as throughout our stay. The Villa is beautiful...peaceful, spacious, clean and well equipped with fantastic views and all day sun on the terrace. The shuttle service however, is key !! It is a pleasant but steep 12 - 15 min walk into Sorrento, but we never even considered or attempted the return on foot. Nello the shuttle driver is brilliant and never more than a few minutes away and always full of friendly informative chat.

The shuttle service (Nello) is great, but you need to plan your day / evening around its availability. Parking !! Only the very smallest car can access this property. The cheapest parking option is at holding location (Supermarket) but at 24 Euro's per day, this soon mounts up. This is not a deal breaker, but could have possibly been better explained from the outset!!

It is a beautiful location in terms of view and it’s a 10 min walk (down and 15 up) from the beginning of downtown. The house is wonderful and spacious. Good mattresses and pillows. It has a beautiful terrace and garden. It is very peaceful and you get the wonderful smell of lemons 🍋 as there are many lemon trees around. A really good property. You get met by Mario and he organizes to be taken up in the free shuttle service and the service is there all day between 8.30 and 11.30pm, one of the two drivers Nello is a wonderful person (the other not, he is quite rude!) there is a grocery delivery service as well, which is great! Also if there are any problems, needs, Mario is there to support.

Now to the not so good part and the part that annoyed us. It says parking at the property. That is false advertising. What it should say is parking if you have a moped, motorbike, a fiat panda or fiat 500 or something similar!! The street up is so narrow nothing else fits! There is parking down in town but it costs €24 per day. We were told there is free parking at the cemetery, there were NEVER spaces. If we would have known in advance it probably wouldn’t have mattered, but it is NOT written what is needed (car/bike) so even though there is the free shuttle, which is great, it was annoying! If you can come / hire a small car, great it is perfect.

The house was beautiful. Nice and clean it had everything we needed and Sorrento was a great place to stay to enjoy the area

No problems at all.

We are a family of four and all of us loved the villa. The views were spectacular and it was a very quiet peaceful area, The villa is looking out over the city of Sorrento and the Bay of Naples, It was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Francesca was very good and met us at the train station and we took a short walk to meet the shuttle who brought us to our accomodation. The driver of the shuttle was Nello, a lovely man who did a great job bringing us home every night which was very much appreciated.

The road to the villa was very narrow and steep. It was fine to walk into the city which was only a ten or fifteen minute walk during the day but it was very difficult to walk at night after a long day sightseeing.

The location was slightly out of the town which meant you were away from the madness of the town centre and was very quiet and peaceful with unbelievable views.

The shuttle bus times, as there was a gap during the day it was pretty awkward to walk to.
