Villa green Eden

Stunning views, clean & fresh, perfect size for our family of four and great hosts and owner. Great location just far enough out to feel peaceful but close enough to access amenities. The free shuttle was very useful too.

The pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the Villa Green Eden. It is heaven on earth! The location is great, peaceful, separated from the hustle of the center of town, but close enough to enjoy all the amenities Sorrento has to offer. Mario and the shuttle drivers are amazing, very professional, kind and helpful. We will definitely would love to stay here in a future trip to Sorrento.

The property itself is new and the decor is very modern. Lovely views over Naples bay from the beautiful terrace which has a seating area for outdoor dining and comfortable outdoor sofas for relaxing. The Villa owner has kept the property immaculate. The free shuttle service from the property to Sorrento is available from 9-11am and 4pm - 12am and the drivers are very friendly and polite. The walk down the very narrow street is about 15 mins to Sorrento.

DO NOT attempt to find this property on google maps if you are arriving by car or taxi (as we eventually had to) ) as the property is not located where google maps takes you hence the taxi drivers will drop you off up a mountain at the wrong address. We were given directions to go to a meeting point due to the property being impossible to find by yourself (no name or number on the gate) we arrived at the meeting point which is a parking garage and nobody was there to meet us. Concerned we called the management company 10 times at 3pm which is the check in time. Nobody answered the phone so we decided to get a taxi and ended up on the side of the road up the hill. We managed to contact the management company through whattsap and someone came up the mountain to pick us up and take us to the Villa. We actually thought we’d been scammed so we’re very relieved when we eventually arrived at the Villa. The management company needs to work on their organisation and communication by answering the calls from their guests at check in times. They never attempted to call us and we had to request a personal mobile number so we could talk to someone about where the meeting point was actually located. There are a few noisy dogs in the area in the early morning but it’s not too bad if you keep the windows closed. There is no kettle for cups of tea so we had to heat the water in the microwave.

An excellent property with gorgeous views of the mountains and sea! It’s a well equipped villa with lovely indoor and outdoor furnishings. The outdoor area had plenty of seating and had a lovely garden that made the views that more gorgeous. The location was amazing as it provided stunning views however bear in mind it’s a short trip up to the villa on a very small road! The host Mario was very responsive, kind and helped with any enquires we had. The shuttle service was also great and responsive and the drivers were lovely! Mario also provided us with a contact with the supermarket who selected and then delivered groceries to our door.

Whilst the villa and assistance was mostly amazing there were a couple downsides. The shuttle service runs from 9-11am and then 3-11pm and whilst helpful we felt slightly limited with our timings of what time we go out or leave so it is something to bear in mind. Also, the road up to the villa is very tiny and seems more like a path than a road! Therefore, you’re unable to take a taxi outside of shuttle hours and would have to walk up a very steep hill! A few more bins in either the bedrooms or bathrooms and more mugs and a kettle in the kitchen would be useful!

Really enjoyed the stay, Mario was excellent. Communication and direction was brilliant. Shuttle service up to the Villa really made the stay even more enjoyable. Great distance from town with fantastic views. Accommodation was so well kept, spacious and modern. Pool was just what we wanted. Couldn’t fault this place and will definitely be back!

The Villa is perfection! Everything is new and modern. Plenty of room and very private. Extremely clean and nicely appointed, both inside and outside. The views and property are stunning!! Mario, the property manager, went above and beyond to assist us in whatever we needed. From meeting us upon arrival, arranging a last minute tour, calling the shuttle for us and taking us to the train station. He was just a WhatsApp away and extremely responsive. The Villa has a washing machine and each bedroom has their own, very efficient AC unit. It would be tough to find a nicer property for this price in Italy!

The location is a little challenging but Mario mentioned extended shuttle service would be available in the near future. That will help a lot. But overall the challenging location is outweighed by all the Villa has to offer. Perfect place to relax and enjoy beautiful Sorrento. Wish we could have stayed longer than just 3 nights, to just relax and enjoy some downtime. Would not hesitate to book again if we return.

The road up is narrow for cars unless they are small. However, it is not a far walk.

Everything! The villa was exception. Clean, comfortable, spacious. amazing views over Sorrento. Mario was a dream to deal with from start to finish. The owner of the villa was so nice. Shuttle service was a welcomed addition as was the grocery delivery. Our stay here provided everything we needed for a dream family holiday.

Perfect view and great location. Pool is amazing and fresh vegetable garden is an extra treat. The host Mario goes out of his way to help. He’s always at the other end of the phone for any request. This was the best Villa I’ve stayed in especially because of being looked after by Mario from vacation rentals so well. The shower is powerful and there are charging points for usb leads. The beds are very comfortable and it’s an extremely safe area and secure property.

Nothing was bad but be aware that there is a small road that leads up to Villa and only a very small car can get through but a free shuttle bus is provided from city centre to the Villa from 4pm-12am and your luggage is taken up by Mario from vacation rentals . For other hours just walk down.
