La Maison Boutique Hotel

This was in a very good location in the city. It was comfortable and clean, and staff were very helpful. Our laundry was done beautifully and we enjoyed the view of the city out of our room. In terms of price and quality, the stay was excellent.

Easy to find, very comfortable room with all the amenities and very helpful and friendly staff

The Personal organized everything for us, bus transport was comfortable. The recommended Tour Operator (ecotravel) was awesome in Organisation, price and Service. Funny roof top Cafe and Bar for the hours after the scooter Trips. Breakfast was manifold

Comfy bed and clean

I asked for upgrade room before we went to the hotel but it turns out to be more expensive than what they propose. Staff told me that it is going to be free. When we arrived room was just like what we booked at the first place. Staff said that it is better than what I want to upgrade. Strange!! That night no warm water. Staff said that waiting for 15 mins. Time passed and still cold. I took shower with cold water. Hot water came in the morning. Breakfast was included to room price but we had to pay for coffee which was noted in a bar. I never heard that breakfast included without coffee before. At the end lady accepted not to pay for coffee. Ladies staff there are very helpful smiling but management is very poor. Not worth the price as there are cheaper somewhere else. I chose this hotel as a little higher and expected to be better but far the opposite.

Room was amazing and the bed was the comfiest I've had in Vietnam ... Staff were very kind and helpful
