The location was great but very disappointing in our room. It looked nothing like the picture and was very dirty. The room showed that it was hardwood floors and it was actually really old dirty carpet. We had a patio but it was very dirty and would not dare spend any time there. The cushions on the outdoor patio looked as if they have never been cleaned and with spider webs. Wish I could get some type of compensation back for feeling deceived!!!!

Location was good. Room was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Elevator not usable during our trip and fan in our bathroom did not work. Walls are thin and could hear people walking/talking in hallways. Overall, the location and room worked for us but it was just average.

Clean room , staff was personable

The hotel is really old and it shows. There are no screens on the windows so you can open them. The breakfast is just some cereal, package rolls, bagels. There was hardly anyone at the front desk always needed to call for service. The elevator broke down our first night and we had older people with us and had a hard time going up and down the stairs.

The location was good. That was about the only good thing about this motel.

To start we were told our room would be ready at 2pm and someone would call us. We came back at 2:45pm and were told it would be ready by 4pm and someone would call us. We came back at 3:30pm and were able to check in but still we had not received a call. The elevator was broken. The hall way to our room was dirty had trash and crumbs. We got in our room and noticed it was semi-clean. My bag was on the luggage rack and I noticed a bug crawling on it. It was a Kissing Bug! They carry Chagas Disease that can lead to serious health issues! We wanted to change hotels all together but were not able to find another on such short notice. We settled for changing rooms. The girl at the front desk was able to switch our room. The second room did appear cleaner, however there were spider webs on the ceiling and a blood stain on the blanket. This is a run down motel in need of a major renovation! For $250 a night I would at least except it to be clean and the carpets to look like they were not from the 90's. We will not be staying again!!

Staff were helpful. Room out dated and dirty. The elevator was out of service. Dark.

Great location for access to concerts at Stateline,
