Location was superb, and the property was just beautiful and so cosy, would definately book here again without hesitation.

The wifi was a bit hit and miss and kept dropping out when we were streaming Christmas films just not a biggie.

Very poor communication from agent. One of the two showers did not work , scalding water, needed replacement part. Not sure why this wasn’t picked up on in between changeover? All had to use the en-suite bathroom to shower. No apology or offer of small compensation to cover inconvenience.

Well equipped, clean and appropriate for our stay. Location ideal for York attractions with a parking digital permit which covered the stay.

Not for those who like a quiet sleep. Found the outside noise continued into the early hours.

It was very comfortable. Very clean with lots of extras like coffee, tea, milk, dishwasher tabs etc. modern furniture and excellent bedding and towels. Beautiful bathrooms and good showers. In a prime position disguised by its single door between the shops. A total surprise when entered.

Busy street with much to watch out of the windows but excellent double glazing. The WiFi was not great and TV often not compatible. But as we were out seeing the sights within walking distance this was not really a problem.

Great location, all the atractions were within walking distance from the property, house is really nicely furnished/decorated. All essential items were supplied so our stay was very comfortable and stress-free. Very clean and tidy, all the instructions were very clear so there was no confusion. We would be more than happy to come back.

House had fans supplied but it was a bit too warm even with heating turned off (in winter that might not be a problem but in summer heat it could be challenging). No other issues
