Such a fabulous property in a great location

Very clean and with a nice modern design. Bedrooms were extremely quiet and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Easy access and great location.

Decor,location,2 bathrooms,kitchen. Free digital parking.

No parking nearby. Could do with one more comfortable chair in the lounge. Bench at kitchen table uncomfortable. No blinds in the bedrooms. Carpet strips on bedrooms aren’t fixed to carpet. Husband nearly broke his toe!

The Lark is in an excellent location, a short stroll to everything in York. The property is beautifully furnished with modern facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

Location was great, the town centre was a 5 minute walk away so everything was within easy reach

The property was situated right opposite a 24 hour convience store and this attracted homeless people who where extremely noisy and this lasted right into the early hours of the morning. Then deliveries at 4.00am in the morning so we didn't have much sleep. Also parking wasn't a 5 minute walk away as stated, this was a 10 minute walk. The property could do with better lighting in the bedrooms, the lights were very dim also in need of blinds in both bedrooms for better privacy.
