AVOID AT ALL COSTS — BED BUGS!!! We found bed bugs in our room. There was no one at the reception to help — when we finally reached someone, they just said “oh ok, bye.” No apology, no assistance. We asked for a refund, and it took over an hour in the heat just to get a partial refund. During that time, they didn’t offer us anything — no water, no tuk-tuk, no new room, no laundry service… nothing. The staff clearly had no idea how to handle the situation, and when they called the manager, she was rude and unprofessional. Absolutely unacceptable. Stay far away WIFI was poor. Pool was disgusting.

On my second visit to Phnom Penh, I couldn’t think of a better place to stay. My previous experience was great, and this time was no different. At my request, I was even given the same room as my previous visit … Felt like home immediately.

A great little boutique hotel in a perfect location! The rooms are well designed with thoughtful details ( cushions ) and kept spotlessly clean. The communal seating areas are cosy and inviting—ideal for unwinding with a book or simply soaking in the sounds of the world passing by. A peaceful and charming retreat—I’d happily stay again! Only downside was that there never appeared to be anyone at the reception area; even ringing the bell didn’t muster a response. One gentleman worker tried to help, but ended up calling someone else … who I believe was on holiday. To this day, all my messages on Booking .com remain unanswered 🫤
