Arrived late for one night before a flight. Lovely staff, room great and had everything we needed. They organised a taxi to airport for following morning early which was there right on time. Location of guest house right by Bassac Lane, a lovely area of bars and restaurants

Restaurant below we’re playing music super loud but as soon as we messaged, the hotel got them to turn the music off very quickly. Bathroom and shower were spotless and really comfy beds

Hotel wifi not great in rooms but we managed to get onto the restaurants wifi and that worked great

Good place and good location :) was really clean

Close to attractions , market , restaurants, night life . The communal areas on the landings were very nice . The staff were very nice and helpful.

The photos on the booking agencies and its own website are misleading , the swimming pool is literally in the restaurant and not separated. Not clean and inviting.I didn’t use the pool. In fact I never saw anyone in the pool. Spiral staircase to reach upper floors , not recommended for people with mobility issues.

Excellent Value for a family of 4. Spacious, one of the best value for money hotels we stayed in Cambodia.
