Lovely pool and communal space downstairs, with a bar and lots of food to choose from.

The wifi is very poor inside the room, and patchy at times in other areas.

Great location, clean with a nice communal balcony. Room big enough to fit our family of 4.

Located near the casinos and big Avenue monument. Very close to good restaurants. Staff was friendly. Toiletries included.

Large, clean rooms.

Pool not really useable. Had leaves in it and right by where people were eating in the restaurant. Would not have been comfortable in swimsuit or with kids splashing due to the proximity. On the first night the power went out. We were offered a move to sister accommodation, tried to give us two double beds when we’d had 2 doubles and 4 singles booked. Sister accommodation didn’t have a pool either. This was sort of rectified with another double room being provided but still meant children weren’t near adults. On second day we were told that the sister accommodation wasn’t available for our whole stay (not mentioned previously) so we ended up having to move again after finding our own alternative which was costly for us but at least we ended up with a useable pool.

I was lucky, I got to stay with a discount. Good hotel

The staff is terrible, that's the main reason I am not suggesting this place. When I checked in (during check-in time), there was none and had to wait. Whe I checked out, guess what, there was none... I waited 20 minutes for a old woman to come and when I tried to pay she didn't have the change. She couldn't speak a word in english, surprisingly not even YES or NO... and she had to call someone to translate (which make me question why she works for an HOTEL in the first place) So, then he wanted ME to go to an exchange place (I had dollars) and wanted ME to pay for the exchange fee. NOTE: this was because SHE didn't have the change. I instead decided to take out Riels from an nearby ATM paying attention to have small cut money (so she wouldn't come out with another excuse that the hotel didn't have change). When I came back to the hotel none (obviously) was around... I waited for 40 minutes and even had lunch at the desk (believe it or not). I didn't really have time to wasted in checking out to the hotel. Luckily for me the old woman forgot the receipt on the counter, I signed it, put some money in Riels and left Bye bye old woman, hope to never meet you again Just to clarify, I never interacted with the old woman before (I checked in with someone else), I stayed one night and never had a word with her. So NO idea what she was doing and why she was working there in the first place.
