GBThe staff were so lovely, Spring, Tin, Kimmy, Helen, Gavi and Emma. Incredibly welcoming, keen to help and always checking in The location is great. About a 5minute walk to the start of the old town and 10mins to the river. Hotel was clean, drinking water always available. We only had breakfast 1 morning as we didnt purchase it with our room. I would recommend getting it when you have early morning transfers/tours. Lots of options.

My room (404 I think) was really nice but did not have proper windows with fresh airflow.
GBThe receptionists (Kimmi in particular) as well as Spring and Helen were incredibly helpful offering us many suggestions for places to see as well as experiences linked to the hotel such as an informative walking tour. Laundry service was also very convenient and well priced ! Location is also very good near the old town and the VP ATM

NLI loved the warm friendly staff that kept me updated about everything. The room was really clean and on walking distance for all the attractions and ancient town Hoi An. The girls, Kimmi, Helen, and Spring were super lovely. While I was traveling alone they helped me with some information regarding the best tailors, places to eat, foods to try and most important they booked the activities I really wanted to join and made sure for my last activity I got dropped off near danang Airport so I could complete my travels.
