What a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms are great, clean, and spacious and the location is perfect as it’s a 7 min walk to the old town and quiet, but the true highlight is the staff here. Helen, Spring, Emma and Kimmi were so friendly and helpful during my stay. Helen spent almost 30 minutes with me going over a map of Hoi An and sharing recommendations and tips. Every time I entered and exited the hotel, the ladies were always there to enthusiastically greet me and send me off, remembering my name and what I scheduled for that day. The tours through them were also amazing and I loved my tour guide Cindy, who guided me on both the cycling tour and walking tour. Thank you ladies for making this a wonderful experience. I’ll always remember your waves and smiles ☺️

I just spent a delightful few days in this wonderful little hotel, located within easy walking distance of the old town. This hotel had been recommended by Emma, one of the receptionists in the M Hotel up in Da Nang. On my arrival I was warmly greeted and informed that my room, 301, had just been prepared. But before going up to it, I was shown how to prepare Vietnamese coffee in the tiny lobby and given an exhaustive list of things that I might like to do whilst in town. I took up some of the suggestions, but not all. Anyway, my air conditioned room was very pleasant containing a nice, comfortable double bed, fridge, small desk and chair, a kettle for boiling water for tea and coffee, water in unsealed bottles (!) and a neat, functional bathroom. This had a shower in a largish corner bath tub. I didn't step out onto the tiny balcony facing the quiet street. I decided to go for the breakfast next morning in the lobby area. There was a choice of items. I went for juice, the banana pancake, fresh fruit, and a yoghurt muesli type of dish. And the inevitable coffee, of course. Not only was this a wonderful little hotel, what really stood out for me was the excellent service and support of the young ladies who work here, notably Spring and Emma, but also Kimmi and Helen. They all took so much time to make my visit as comfortable as possible. And a special thanks to Spring for making up a small pack of items to take with me on my early morning drive up to the airport. Simply wonderful and my visit here will remain a special memory for many years to come.

I recommend offering sealed bottle water in the rooms. Otherwise PERFECT!!!

Byłam w 4* hotelach o o wiele niższym standardzie,niż oferuje ten. Nie mam pojęcia jak udaje im się trzymać tak wysoki poziom przy tak niskich cenach. Specjalne uznanie dla dziewczyn szczególnie kimmy i spring, które naprawdę są duszą tego miejsca. Bardzo dobre śniadania i czystość na najwyższym poziomie!

Our experience here was so delightful. We came with no itinerary and when we arrived, Gavy walked us through all the various activities we could do, her recommendations and helped us make the necessary bookings for our cooking class, coffee workshop and bamboo show. The hospitality that Helen, Spring, Kimmi, Emma and Gavy displayed was exceptional - from greeting us every time we walked through the hotel doors, to remembering our names and teaching us how to brew a phin coffee. Thank you so much for the stay!

We had a bathtub shower and the showerhead was pointing at an awkward angle so it was tricky to navigate at first but this didn't spoil our stay.

What an amazing stay, the staff, the room, the hotel were all spot on! You can easily walk into the old town in around 10 minutes or plenty of Grabs. Because we are a backpacking couple we like our own space and this hotel actually came in cheaper than a lot of hostels in the the area! The team of Helen, Spring, Kimmi, Emma, Gavy and Tin were sooooo helpful! We had a 11pm bus booked, We were more tired than expected and the team helped us book a last minute room for a couple of hours rest before the bus.

Absolute best hospitality I’ve received at a hotel, and I travel for work. Also very clean and great location.
