Hoianese Quiet Old Town Hotel - Cultural Experiential Hotel

Este hotel é incrível! Quando chegámos fomos recebidos pela Kimmi de uma forma incrível, explicou-nos imensas coisas acerca da cidade, sitios a visitar, comida que devíamos experimentar e onde, isto tudo enquanto nos explicava como fazer um belo café! A localização é óptima, super sossegado para quem precisa de paz e descanso! A Spring, Helen e a Emma foram sempre muito simpáticas e garantiram que não nos faltava nada. A limpeza dos quartos está sempre óptima!

Preferia que tivesse apenas chuveiro e não banheira, mas isto já são gostos pessoais 😂

Ấn tượng ban đầu là trong quá trình đặt phòng team lễ tân hỗ trợ mình rất nhiệt tình, các bạn trẻ rất chu đáo bạn Ngân, bạn Xuân thì hỗ trợ thủ tục, giới thiệu Hội An, bạn Thịnh, bạn Nguyên hỗ trợ nhận phòng và giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình lưu trú, Tuyền thì giới thiệu các quán ruột địa phương :)) . Khi nhận phòng thì thấy phòng xinh và ấm lòng khi thấy postcard dành cho mình. Khách sạn sạch sẽ, thơm tho đầy đủ tiện nghi, có vị trí thuận lợi để đi khám phá, foodtour quanh Hội An. Không có điểm nào chê được luôn.

オールドタウン中心部から徒歩で10分程度の静かな場所にあります。受付、客室は明るく清潔でお洒落です。何よりもSpring. Helen をはじめスタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしく快適でした。ホテル主催のウォーキングツアーも良かったです。自信を持ってお勧めします。

My stay here was such a great experience (best I had in Vietnam so far) I have decided to stay 4 nights instead of 2 initially planned. The staff is so kind and so helpful, many many thanks to Spring, Kimmi, Emma and Helen for being so thoughtful and helpful ☺️🙏❤️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Hoianese Quiet Hotel – Old Town à Hoi An. L’hôtel est très agréable, calme et parfaitement situé pour profiter de la vieille ville tout en étant dans un environnement paisible. Un grand merci à Helen et Kimmi pour leur incroyable gentillesse et leur accueil chaleureux. Elles ont été attentionnées tout au long de notre séjour, toujours avec le sourire. Ma fille les a adorées, et cela a rendu notre expérience encore plus spéciale ! Nous garderons un très beau souvenir de notre passage et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation.

Das Team ist absolut super, vor allem Spring war super zuvorkommend und außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Es war unsere beste Unterkunft in Vietnam bisher!

Had a lovely stay here. The staff - Spring, Kimmi, Helen and Emma are an absolute delight - super helpful and can’t do enough for you. The hotel itself was well kept, quiet, and located a short walk from the old town.
