ILהצוות של הבנות קים, הלן וספרינג היו מאוד אדיבות ועזרו תמיד בחיוך בכל מה שהיינו צריכים. אנחנו זוג טבעוני וצמחונית- ספרינג הציעה לנו במיוחד באן מי טבעוני לארוחת בוקר, זה היה כיף ונעים שחשבו עלינו. החדר היה נקי וכל שירות ועזרה שהיינו צריכים סופק לנו מיידית.
מרחק הליכה של כמה דקות לאזור הנהר והשוק, מצד אחד זה נחמד כי המלון נמצא באזור שקט יותר מצד שני ההליכה לעיתים הייתה מעייפת. המיטה בחדר מעט חרקה.
AMFrom the moment we checked in, the experience was exceptional. The staff gave us a thoughtful and engaging introduction to the city, along with great recommendations on places to visit, which made a strong first impression. The rooms are stylish, comfortable, and well-designed, and we were pleasantly surprised by a welcome gift upon arrival. What truly stood out, however, was the team — incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions. It genuinely felt like we were surrounded by care and attention throughout our stay. The hotel is also very quiet, with no nearby construction or noise, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would definitely recommend.

ZABeautiful hotel, amazing staff and excellent location. Emma, Kimmi, Spring and Helen were absolutely fantastic, friendly, kind and made us feel at home. I've never experienced such good hospitality at any hotel around the world. Will definitely recommend and visit again. The breakfast was also great. Helen welcomed us and gave us such valuable information. Huge thanks to the team. We really appreciate it.

CAFantastic property - very cute, comfortable and close to the action in Hoi An.
Shower in the bathroom was a bit awkward, but I think that’s because it is a Heritage property with usual spacing in the rooms.

AUWe had an amazing stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel more. The rooms are comfortable, and full of charm, and the location is perfect - just a short walk to the old town. What really stood out was the incredible service. A huge thank you to Spring, Kimmi, Helen, and Emma, who made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!
