Hoianese Quiet Old Town Hotel - Cultural Experiential Hotel

I cannot recommend this place enough - and I’m so sorry it took so long for me to write a review! The staff are so incredibly lovely and the hotel is amazing - probably the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect and staff were especially kind to me when I felt unwell on my trip. A big thank you to Helen as well for making me feel so welcome

Our stay at the Hoianese Quiet Old Town Hotel was absolutely wonderful, and I am so grateful for the warm hospitality shown by the entire team. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for, creating a truly memorable experience in Hoi An. I would especially like to thank Spring, Helen, Kimmi, and Emma for their kindness, professionalism, and incredible attention to detail. A very special thank you to Spring, who went above and beyond throughout our stay and were always ready to help with a smile. Her knowledge of Hoi An was outstanding, and she took the time to patiently explain the city’s history, culture, and must-see highlights. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and ideally located, but what truly makes it special is the people who work there. Thank you again to Spring, Kimmi, Helen, and Emma for making our time in Hoi An so special—I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city looking for a lower mid-range budget accommodation. Great option for solo travelers and students/young adults as it’s in a safe location within walking distance of the Old Town. Breakfast is also included and they provide filtered water on every floor that’s self-serve, which I found so convenient!

노후된 시설

The staff was incredible ! Helen, Ivy, Emma and Minh were always there to help and You could really feel that they deeply cared. This was the best Hotel (super clean, convenient, modern and thoughtfull!) That we enjoyed on our 3 Week trip throughout vietnam. They offer a free Vietnamese coffee Bar and free water bottles, which is just so Sweet. Even on our last day even After Check out they offered us a shower, since we got drained in the rain before heading to the next city.

That we did Not spend more time here

All the lady staff were lovely and welcoming.

A few bugs were dropping on our bed on our first night. Bathtub/shower was a bit too small.

Wouah Absolument tout. L'accueil de cette équipe a été incroyable. Merci à Spring et Helen !! Ils ont été incroyablement humain pendant tout mon séjour, a la fois professionnel et friendly. Bref c'était un sans faute et l'un des meilleurs endroits où j'ai séjourné au Vietnam.
