Could have been cleaner in the bathroom

Lovely well presented property,clean and comfortable. More than adequate for our party who attended the Yorkshire three peaks challenge. Very comfortable beds, spotless bedding, excellent quality and quantity of towels. Would I recommend the property yes, would I stay here again definitely. Many thanks

Few little things that require attention, extractor hood is missing a front cover thus exposing the fan etc and the shower cubicle requires a deep clean around the rollers and joints.

Great location close to the town. Located in a converted watermill.

One bedroom had a waterpipe boxed in and you had sounds of knocking and gushing water when anyone above used the bathroom whilst we stayed this was from 4.30am due to early risers for the 3 peaks. Limited crockery in the kitchen and bathroom needed updating.

Layout of the apartment as well as the location was brilliant. The rooms were tidy, neat and spacious

We weren't given any complimentary soap and shampoo to use in the shower. Also the microwave was not working

Stayed at Scalebar apartment, great position short walk to town. Large and airy.

Very noisy road right by the windows, quarry lories thunder by at 6am real shame. WiFi meant to be free? In booklet stated a cost so that’s not acceptable in the modern world. Good laundry downstairs if required pay as you use. No laundry basket provided or ironing board not that we needed it but some might.

Good communication with all necessary instructions. Clean and tidy accommodation. Great location for walking, easily, into Settle centre.

Only one parking space for the apartment (this should have been made clear before booking). Soil/waste water pipe from the upper apartments runs through one of the double bedrooms; this is very noisy and not pleasant to hear all through the day and night. Lack of kitchen utensils.

Beautiful old mill converted to apartments quite sympathetically. Spacious.

Email communication was incessant. Excessively so. Despite paying an enormous cleaning bill, we had to empty the bins ourselves… The beds were all single but pulled together, they were old and tired. There were significant cobwebs across walls, corners and the floor. Middle bedroom had another apartment’s waste water empty through it which makes a racket.
