The Apartment was clean and comfortable. It catered well for a short stay. Very close to restaurants, takeaways and other local amenities. The letting staff seemed friendly and professional.

On Arrival, after being told under no circumstances to park anywhere other than our allocated space. To find on a late arrival, there was no allocated car parking space under our apartment name. The waste water pipe for all the apartments appeared to be in the corner of my bedroom. This resulted in everytime someone had a shower or used the bathroom you would hear everything. Not much can be done about this though , I appreciate that I guess. Its just unfortunate. Being woke up at 4.30am on both mornings wasn't pleasant either. Then having to listen to walking up and down stairs, and constant inconsiderate people shouting and other conversations. To top that off, car head lights shining into your room at 4.50am. This apartment is also positioned by a very busy road so on a hot day you can't have windows open if you want to hear anything or sleep. However in the winter this probably isn't an issue. The bed side lamp in the middle double room was also quite interesting. It had no bulb and actually no where to even plug it in. Overall our stay was fit for purpose. If your staying to do the 3 peaks walk and planning on getting up at 4am! Great, your on to a winner. If not.......

No quality checks completed. Oven didn’t work, bulbs all around needed changing, cobwebs…basic details missed.

Nice location, clean and modern facilities, nice village and ideal for touring Yorkshire Dales and Lake District. Nice size 3 bedrooms and well equipped kitchen making self-catering easy.

Detail but bedroom doors top parts are glass reducing intimacy. Also watch out for the French translation of check-in instructions they are literally translated and come across a bit harsh.

The location and layout were ideal for us as we had 4 adults and 3 children to accommodate.. the bedrooms were of a good size and everything was clean. You are only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Settle.

The bed we had was a bit hard and we could hear the waste pipe when the toilet wash flushed on the floor above, which sounded like there was a water leak when we first heard it. Car parking is an issue as you have to park on one of the nearby public car parks. Many of the apartments can accommodate several people and two of them had about 8 cars between them taking all spaces.

There was no named parking space which we were specifically told we must use. We rang and you said it was ok to use any. We ended up being in someone else’s spot which was awkward. The oven is very difficult to use, the grill doesn’t work and there are no instructions! Could do with more crockery. There were no complimentary soap, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner etc as stated!

Great apartment, very spacious and comfortable. Excellent location for all that beautiful Settle has to offer.
