Location and decor of aoartment and views. Aoartment was nice and warm.

Kitchen needs to be better equipped. Better selection of glasses. Only one pint glass was avail. Couldnt open single bedroom window, single bed was uncomfortable and no hot water on arrival. Hot water wasnt switched on.

I didn’t seem to be sent the door code for the main entrance prior (appreciate I could have missed the email) but when I called customer care number they answered quickly. Lovely bedrooms, spacious kitchen/ lounge with nice outlook over river and weir

Bed too soft (bad back!)

Very convenient for transport, shops and restaurants

Some minor attention to details such as extra pots and pans would not go amiss

Great location, very clean and spacious. Had everything in it we needed.

Needs curtains as well as having blinds as it is drafty. Especially needs a long curtain over the door with the cat flap due to the draft coming through the bottom of the door.

Location was excellent. Just a five minute walk into town centre. Settle has a lot to offer. Lots of shops eating places or take away. Train station to take you to skipton/dent etc. The apartment was clean and comfortable and was in a lovely location next to the river ribble. Great value for money.

Everything was fine.
