Everyone. When we arrived someone opened the door as we hadn't received the door code to access. The person who let us said oh late booking and went into her room. We sorted ourselves and found our room. Checked out kitchen where one window had no handles. The hood range had no filter or covering. Residents hadn't cleaned the sink properly as there was still food sitting in it. No dinnerware for guests to use. No complimentary milk, tea, sugar etc.. Thank goodness we brought our own. Not enough pillows as they fall under the head board. Comfortable bed mattress.
