Hotel manager and staff behavior was rude. rooms were very small.

An excellent place to visit! The hotel staff is exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Just the location of the hotel

Very small room with water seepage. Very small sized bed. We paid for food we did not order. Staff says it will be refunded but till now we haven't received.

I have stayed 4 times and Novello By Evergreen and this place is amazing. The comfort that the team provides in the prices that they offer is really commendable. The best thing about this place is the linen bedsheets Every time I sleep I feel like I am sleeping on the mountain & clouds. There's a rooftoop resturant also. The hotel is good location & well maintained. If you are looking for stay in mussorie this is perfect choice for you.....

Staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was satisfactory.The valley view from our room was amazing!

We had booked 2 rooms. One was good in terms of decor and cleanliness. However our sons room was not upto the mark as it had a damp residue on the ceiling at some corners closer to the window which had a damp musty odour.The hotel management needs to improve in this area as breathing damp mould is a health hazard.
