The Novello by evergreen - 5 min to mall road

Hotel is in good place, mall road is in walking distance. Good View seen from terrace.

Hotel room was in actually different from photo seen. Washroom is very small in size. TV wifi was not available, staff may be some more helpful and active. It was costly as per facility.

Our stay at Hotel Novello by Evergreen was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The room was spacious and offered a breathtaking view from the balcony. Special thanks to Rahul at the front desk for helping us plan our day trips and making our stay extra comfortable. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting. Highly recommended!

Simply bad property, nothing to like

Lift did not work I did not get a refund I was lied to about refund Staff tried to confuse me Very rude and misleading staff

Not a great experience. The hotel is not suitable for elderly guests as the lift goes only till the 1st floor. It was extremely noisy both day and night, making it hard to get any sleep. One night was particularly scary with noises coming from the roof, and I had to call staff at midnight. On top of that, monkeys often come inside and steal things if you’re not careful. The only positive was that the room was reasonably clean when we returned, but overall I wouldn’t stay here again and would look for other options in Mussoorie.

The staff that works here are very cooperative on their end
