I had a great stay at Hotel Novello By Evergreen. The location is excellent, being very close to Mall Road and other attractions. The staff was extremely cooperative, polite, and helpful, making the experience even better. The check-in process was quick, and parking space was available, which is a big plus. Considering the price, the hotel offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

"Expensive Over Priced With Additional Paid Facilities That Too Were Expensive 😁"

The location is very convenient nearby to Mall Road and all other famous places are within 20-30 mins distance Their services are very fast until it's paid one otherwise very poor.

The water heaters weren't working and there was no hot water, and the room heater was too expensive, and they seem to be taking advantage of people in helpless situations.

Amazing Stay with Stunning Mountain Views! 🌄 The hotel was absolutely wonderful! The mountain view was breathtaking, and everything was neat and clean. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable. This has been my best stay ever — I highly recommend it to everyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy beautiful views. I’m sure we’ll be back soon!
