The Novello by evergreen - 5 min to mall road

Excellent location close to mall road and other places near by hotel, car parking is available. Good views form the room and hotel good is very cooperative & highly recommended.........

Hotel Novello by Evergreen is very good. The rooms are well maintained and cleanliness is also good. Food is nice and also not very reasonable according to the taste of food. The open Terrace restaurant is very good, you can enjoy your food in the open with the beautiful view of Mussoorie. Overall it's a nice and affordable stay for families & friends too......

Room is very good. Food is good and prices reasonable.

First, the hotel is 500 meters down a steep hill. To get to the town, you have to walk up on a very narrow road and risk your life getting hit by a car. Second, I requested help from the staff re my departure buss booking. They were clueless. I finally gave up and requested a taxi in the morning to take me to my bus down the mountain. When I got to the reception desk in the morning, the clerk accused me of not paying my bill. I showed him my receipt. He didn't believe me. He had no access to their billing system, so he couldn't check anything. Next, the taxi didn't come. He couldn't check because all he had was his personal phone, which was broken. I told him to use someone else's, which he couldn't have thought of himself. He came back saying the taxi driver had no idea if or when he would come. I left in a huff with all my luggage walking up the steep hill until I finally found a taxi. I wouldn't stay in that hotel again if it was free. I'm 77 years old and American, so probably no one reading this review will care anything of what I have said.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, with a special mention to Mr. Ganesh Bhatt, whose warm hospitality and helpfulness made our stay truly special. The hotel's amenities, including a great breakfast spread, added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended The Novello Hotel by Evergreen Mussorie !!!!!!!😍😍

I like nothing they have not answered the call when I reached there i was not able to checkin in this property

The booking shows as completed however I did not stay there because they did not answer my calls and I was not able to locate the property.

hotel location is near mall road but they do not have any parking facility which is required now a days. Also, staff is total new they do not know anything if ask them. Room were not clean. I cancelled my booking when I reached on 23rd afternoon. There was another guest who was waiting to get his room cleaned which was pending since morning. They were short at staff. Limited breakfast options.

Staff service is good

Facilities & food very poor...tasteless.. High price but no taste...
