The Novello by evergreen - 5 min to mall road

The location of the property was good as it was so close to the major locations like mall road and landour. One thing that is also good that you do not have to take a detour for dhanaulti and George Everest as the roads are connected from the hotel location

The hygiene of the room which was actually the biggest problem of the property. We checked in in the morning and while using the bed side drawer we found out a table of roasted peanuts there rotten and full of foul smell which does states that the room hasn’t been cleaned in 15-20 days which was awful to see.

Need to be more professional.

Hotel is near to the mall road still not too close for walking

Cleaning, room service, facilities nothing is satisfactory. You have to ask for every small thing repeatedly even what should be already available/provided before you check in. No extra bed was given even after asking for it . No bathroom slippers, no bathroom kit was available. Even tea coffee kit was provided on asking.

Nice hotel . Rooms is neat and clean.

Amazing views from the room . The hotel is near the mall road is a plus .

The location is perfect—just a short 5-minute walk to Mall Road, making it very convenient. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-maintained with a cozy atmosphere.

The approach road can be a bit steep/narrow (common in Mussoorie), and the room service was a little slow during peak hours.

Amazing hotel. We enjoyed our stay in novello. Its near mall road at just walk in distance. Views from the rooms is mind-blowing. Muwt recommend.
