Only the location is good rest the property is overpriced.

Considering the hotel is at hillstation. They should provide a heater. When asked they said it will be available at extra charges.

Extremely disappointing stay. The hotel falsely advertised itself as being just 5 minutes from Mall Road, which was completely untrue and highly misleading. The rooms were in terrible condition — only superficial cleaning had been done. Torn furniture, dirty corners, and overall poor maintenance made the stay very uncomfortable. We had specifically booked a balcony room, but the balcony looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for ages, with monkey droppings lying around. The staff was rude and highly unresponsive to concerns. We literally had to argue multiple times just to get the room and bathroom cleaned properly. The bathroom had paan stains, smelled bad, and again was only cleaned superficially until we insisted. The TV was not functional initially and only started working after repeated complaints. Basic toiletries were not even provided unless specifically asked for. Another major issue was the lift — it only functioned from the ground floor to the first floor in a 4-floor property. Completely unsuitable for elderly guests or people with motor difficulties. To top it all off, the hotel initially denied providing a bill using random excuses. After an argument, they finally issued one, but even that had incorrect details. What was most shocking was that the hotel appears to have heavily inflated or paid reviews across multiple websites. The online ratings and reviews were completely disconnected from the actual experience we had. Overall, a very poorly maintained property with misleading information, fake-looking reviews, and terrible customer service. Definitely not recommended.

I recently stayed at The Novello By Hotel Evergreen in Mussoorie, and my experience was mixed overall. The hotel’s biggest advantage is definitely its location. It is situated close to Mall Road, which makes it convenient for tourists who want easy access to shopping areas, cafés, and sightseeing spots. The mountain and valley views from some rooms and balconies are beautiful, especially during sunrise and evening hours........😍😍

I stayed at The Novello by Hotel Evergreen for a short trip to Mussoorie and overall had a really pleasant experience. Location is perfect.Just a 5-minute walk to Mall Road and Picture Palace. Super convenient for food, shopping, and the Gun Hill Ropeway.The room had nice valley views of Dehradun & Mussoorie. The rooftop restaurant is worth it for sunrise/sunset.Polite, supportive, and quick to help. Check-in was smooth and the 24-hour front desk was handy.Room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained during my stay.

My stay at Hotel Evergreen in Novello was really lovely. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well maintained, with comfy beds that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The staff was warm and helpful — they gave great local tips and made check-in super smooth. The breakfast had fresh, local options and good coffee, which was a perfect start to the morning. The hotel is also in a quiet area, so the nights were peaceful, but it’s still close enough to Novello’s main spots and vineyards. Overall, a great value stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Die Lage direkt am Straße ist mit offenem Fenster laut. Der Unterkunft ist mit dem Jahren etwas runter gekommen.
