Because the coffee pot did not work the owner paid for coffee and muffins to be delivered.

On our first night in there was a cockroach under the kitchen sink. Having just arrived we used the facilities it would have been nice to have some handsoap and kleenex. The place was described as having two bathrooms. Since one of the "washrooms" had neither a bathtub or shower a better description would be 1.5 bathrooms. There was no towel bar in the powder room and the upstairs bathroom it was coming off the wall since the wrong wall anchors had been used. The cleaning staff left the washed sheets and towels in the washing machine. We dried them. The dishwasher was neither affixed to the cupboards beside it or to the countertop. It leaned forward in the space and did not work. The smoke alarm was in the kitchen cabinets as it had come off it's mount in the hallway. Renters with small children or pets beware. There is a broken spindal in the banister going upstairs with about a 3 foot fall. The vinyal floor planks outside the powder room are lifting and splitting. There was an iron but no ironing board and no table suited to ironing a shirt. We were there for a wedding. The walls were quite marked up and dirty. I would have already painted my walls at home. The two large recycling bins and 2 large garbage bins were full of garbage. I put out the garbage but the City would pick up the recycling until it's put in the garbage bins. Therefore, there is the potential for more problems. Remember the cock roach.

Great location, super clean, nicely decorated, private driveway for parking, great communication, The host noted that the next door neighbor is a police officer so it’s a safe location

The location of the home was great. The family was very pleased.

There wasn't anything that wasn't liked. It was a few hiccups. I reached out to the host, and they responded immediately. Rectified the situation immediately.

The house was in perfect condition, we found everything good.

The sofas were much smaller than they appeared in the pictures. The shower head was low and little water came out.

The owner was prompt to email me with instructions that were spot on. There was nothing left to question or feel like I was "on my own". There was a slight miscommunication with the Gardner in that the yard was not mowed but it was promptly handled and was done so without any disruptions to our stay.

Nice variety of coffee flavors, convenient location of washer and dryer, garbage disposal, Rokus were provided, decent amount of cleaning supplies.

Pillows were very uncomfortable, too flat. No privacy in kitchen (no curtain or blinds for sliding door). Some basic utensils were missing (whisk, bottle opener). No trash bins in rooms. Some Drinking glasses and eating utensils were dirty upon arrival. Upstairs toilet had poor flushing.

Great house, light and airy and modern.

Would have liked to have a bedside lamp.
