Keyless entry waa easy and fast. The property host was very responsive, extremely nice and accommodating. In our 20+ years experience with staying in Airbnbs, she was absolutely the BEST!

The kitchen needs to be fully equipped with a complete set of good cooking pots and pans and food storage containers. Also, a couple serving platters. Never buy 1-ply toilet paper. It's terrible and an insult to paying guests. Please replace ALL burned out light bulbs including on the stove. I didn't like the basic window blinds. The living room had mix matched blinds. The bedroom with the two beds didn't have a chest of drawers for unpacking. There weren't any luggage racks in either one. Guest need a comfortable place to set their suit cases. The living room needs more lamps. At least a good floor lamp. The bedrooms need lamps. The kitchen table set needs to be upgraded. The outside yard areas need immediate attention. The table and chairs outside need a deep cleaning or replaced. The stair banister is missing a spindle. Attention to detail is essential in Airbnbs. This is the way to get repeat visitors. And guest referrals.

The home was quiet comfortable and cozy!

This was actually my second time booking this house! It is a duplex and I’ve stayed on both sides. It is very clean, nice little place for 2-3 people. It was in a beautiful area, easy to get to fun things to do. The host is always very helpful and communicates well. Easy to use TVs. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels, pillows, nice fridge. Great for a weekend away with your best friend! Definitely will recommend to others.

The living room furniture is really cute but not super comfy. We find ourselves just hanging out in bed to watch TV. There are 2 outdoor garbage cans and 2 outdoor recycle cans for the units, but all were filled with trash (not the host fault Just people putting stuff in the wrong bins and then not taking them out to the curb). For whatever reason, this trip I could hear the guests waaaay more on the other side than I could the first time. The walls share the staircase and for hours it sounded like someone was just going up and down/running around. Maybe they had a little one with them. I couldn’t hear voices but it was loud enough/late enough (around 8:30-11PM) that I needed to put on white noise to sleep.
