Location ok. Furniture was ok too. Sunny. Master bedroom was big

Every time we entered the property it was a smell of humidity or damp. The kitchen floor has at least 5 planks that should have been replaced. My husband had to fix the shower drain. It wasn’t draining properly. I told all of this to the Property Manager. We received apologies but I don’t consider this was fair, because the pictures didn’t show what was there and We weren’t advised at all. Nobody wants to spend holidays in a damp environment.

Convenient location. 20 min from CLT. Almost less than 30 minutes from wherever we were going. Free private parking. 2 rooms were just enough for our stay. With the king bed in master bedroom and 2 queens in the other bedroom. Tv is each bedroom and the living room. Great WiFi. Home is cozy. Love the decor. Kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Utensils pots pans cookware all available. Awesome to have the keurig and washer and dryer! Back patio door was not accessible. But it was necessary for us as we were at the Airbnb mainly to sleep. I just love the fact of having like a home to come to when visiting other cities. Host is very responsive and address any concerns and all questions. The front door has code and locks automatically for safety.

I didn’t like the crawl space door at the back of the house was open and there is no way to lock it. When we arrived it was a little creepy. Door big enough for someone to be in and under the house I also didn’t like the house smelled like wet dog. It may have been because the carpets were just steam cleaned before we arrived. However i did appreciate the cleanliness.

Good location. Quite neighborhood . Kitchen was a plus. Comfortable beds and living area.

The mosquitos and trash cans outside needed to emptied. The floors may need a little more insulation they were squeaky

It had everything you need to cook with.

So much problems it wasn’t even funny I will not recommend anyone to pay to stay here…. Also the floors are awful and not to mention the dirty all in the floor

The house is clean, quiet and comfortable. Host is communicative and responsive.

The bedroom which have two beds is not ventilated, even we turned on the AC.

It was in a good neighborhood. Quiet, good size. Close to downtown area. Neighborhood restaurants as well as downtown restaurants nearby.

I didn't get access to the portal so I did not have the access code to get in. Emailed, called and texted homeowner several times. Response took over an hour. Home could have been taken care of a bit more. Flooring in kitchen, dining table, one missing blind in kitchen, carpet. WIFI dropped one night and no response for code until next morning. Already shared with owner. Host was responsive but it took too much time.

The location was very good. The staff was responsive.

The unit had a sour, stale smell. There were not ample towels until I advised staff and a delivery was made. The soap that was supplied was not of a good quality and was scratchy. The lotion provided had a bad smell. The blinds were broken and would not close all the way or easily. The floor had several boards that were lifted and uneven and a bug was seen coming up through the floor. There was not sufficient coffee, creamer or sugar for 3 people for 3 days. The AC in the room with the king size bed does not cool well and the mattress cover makes the bed too warm.
