The property was in a safe and quiet community. The beds were comfortable. The space was clean.

I typically pack my own towels & wash cloths. However, my friend did not and there were no wash cloths in the unit.

Nice location that’s close to most attractions in CLT. Spacious rooms with comfortable furniture. Updated appliances mesh well with modern aesthetic.

Poor drainage in both bathroom sinks and low water pressure in shower. Not much of a complaint, just something to be aware of.
