Stunning property, perfectly located. Spacious and modern pool room. Pool clean. Very nice indeed and will definitely book this again next time in Franschhoek. Staff very helpful and friendly

Les Chambres Guest House is a lovely property in a fantastic Franschhoek location, offering a peaceful and relaxed stay. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the overall atmosphere of the guest house is charming and calm - a wonderful base for exploring the area. A special mention to the team for going over and above to provide breakfast delivered to our room for an early checkout - this thoughtful gesture was very much appreciated and reflects the level of care shown by the staff.

That said, our experience in the room itself was slightly let down by cleanliness. The carpets felt unclean, and both the private balcony area and hot tub could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. While these weren’t major issues individually, they did impact the overall sense of freshness and comfort. Given the price point being charged, the room did not quite deliver the luxury feel that guests would reasonably expect. With a higher standard of cleaning and attention to detail in these areas, the experience would be significantly elevated and more aligned with its premium positioning.

Beautiful guest house with a lovely pool area and stunning rose garden. Incredibly friendly hosts, Peter was so welcoming and lovely. Very well located, just a few minutes walk to the high street, so it couldn’t have been in a better or more convenient location

If we were being really critical, our bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

Breakfast was so good and set in a beautiful surrounding. Will be back to see the gardens in full bloom.

No complaints

Felt very safe and secure as a single woman. The welcome was exceptional and staff gave me advice about safety and where to eat out. I reckon it would have been a blast to stay and get to know them and the owner more but sadly needed to move on. There was a complementary bottle of champagne and some lovely treats to in the room.

The room especially the bathroom was a bit chilly when I arrived but the heater worked brilliantly and warmed things up quickly.

Les Chambres Guest House ligt op een geweldige locatie! We hebben genoten van de kamer en de gastvrijheid. Heerlijk ontbijt, fantastische bedden en mooie tuin. Ook geven de gastheren veel praktische tips over de omgeving! Een absolute aanrader!
