The Aviary Hotel

The room was very nice and different layout to other hotels. The bathroom was also very nice. The staff were friendly and the pool area was excellent.

The air con machine in our room was quite load which was difficult at night time.

• Rooftop pool was great—we swam many times during our stay. • Room was very comfortable, especially the soft fabric sofa perfect for relaxing. • Excellent location, just a short walk to Pub Street, with massage shops and even a Burger King nearby. • There was also a very cute cat at the hotel, which made our stay even nicer.

• Almost no guidance unless we asked, and our room did not have the information booklet. • No info on tours—we had to research and book everything ourselves. • Breakfast was poor: very few options, overly salty food, and fruit in town was much better. • Price explanation for was a mess (written as “45% + 5%” instead of “45 USD + 5%”). • The night before late checkout, we were suddenly told to move rooms between 9–10 a.m., even though normal checkout is until 12:00. • On the morning of late checkout, before 7 a.m., we were woken by another call insisting on the room move. This was truly unacceptable and felt very disrespectful.

El desayuno era pobre. Imagino que al ser temporada baja no era buffet. Las habitaciones están mal insonorizadas.

パブストリートやオールドマーケットが徒歩圏内にあり、歩いて1分ほどのところにスーパーもあったため、立地がとても良かった。 また、何よりもホテルのスタッフの方の気遣いが素晴らしかった。空港からの送迎の提案、施設の説明、心遣いがとても素晴らしく、すごく良い体験ができた。

The layout made it such a peaceful calm environment- perfect refuge from the heat and business of the city. The staff could not have been more lovely or helpful

gym is a bit small but it's nice they have one, with a cable machine!
