Gorgeous hotel, beautifully designed. Staff were amazing and the pool was fabulous. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Cafe attached is lovely for lunch/coffee/cakes. We didn;t have breakfast there or try the attached Japanese restaurant but I'm sure they were good based on what we experienced. We will definitely be back here, best hotel of 8 we stayed in on our SE Asia tour.

The front desk staff, the decoration and vibe of the place, the spacious rooms, the location and the cleanness

Breakfast was good but a bit limited and had to pay extra for an espresso

This hotel is architecturally very interesting with numerous levels and two swimming pools…one on the roof in the sun and the other near the lobby in the shade. The rooms were nicely appointed and the bird theme was a delightful design touch. The hotel itself is located right downtown, just steps from numerous restaurants and shops. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurants were all friendly and helpful.

The hotel is right beside a school. Because of that, some of the rooms are very noisy from early in the morning until early evening. Important to know when booking.
