The room. Spacious and bed is Kingsize with Patio. Lodge can be great if a few things were done.

Some of the staff. Think they should all get proper training on how to treat guest. They are only there to be paid! No help with luggage, no Welcome drink and uninvolved. Room was clean but tiles in shower can be properly wash with Domestos. People that want to drink, sing loudly and shout, shouldn't be allowed to stay in the Kruger National Park. Most people go there for the peace and quiet .

Location for the price is very good. Rooms are comfortable, but a little outdated. Breakfast is very good.

Le petit déjeuner étais très bon. Et hospitalité super

Pour le prix on étais dans une chambre extrement mal placée, la femme de ménage qui passe a 08h du matin et qui rentre pendant qu’on dort, nourriture horrible et congelée, on attendais le petit déjeuner avec impatience. On a décidé de partir un jour avant on s’ennuie pour 3-4 jour ça peut être bien pas plus, eau de la piscine glacial et sale.

O hotel atendeu 100% as expectativas. Acomodações ótimas, o serviço de concierge funcionou perfeitamente (reservei o transfer e alguns safaris com eles). A vantagem de ficar dentro do Krueger é imbatível.

A opção de pedir "a la carte" no restaurante acaba bem cedo. Então na noite que jantamos lá comemos do buffet, que atendeu perfeitamente. Além disso, como tem outros dois restaurantes dentro do acampamento, tudo certo.
