The staff were very friendly and most helpful. I enjoyed my stay with them.

Unfortunately the restaurant did not have a great variety on the menu and it was too highly priced. Other restaurants were available in Skukuza.

Location in the park was great.

Rooms and hotel in need of TLC (maintenance). Our room smelled like mold and evidence seen by peeling counter laminate and stained rugs that unit was not cleaned properly due to water damage. Needed to sleep with windows open to get rid of the smell.

The breakfast was great had great options, but the dinner was limited on the food at the buffet vs the price. The reception went over and above to cater for us with a room that met our needs.

The dinner buffet and the ala carte menu had no much options either vs the price.
