"Sehr viel Potential mit wenig Veränderung zu heben"

Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Ist ein komplett anderes Level als die Unterkünfte von Sanparks im Skukuza Camp. Bedienung beim Abendessen war sehr freundlich.

Wir waren um ca 13:15 Uhr am Hotel (offizieller Check in ab 14:00 Uhr). Es wurde abgeklärt ob das Zimmer fertig ist und dann hieß es: nach 15 min können wir rein. Haben dann das Hotel angeschaut und nach über 20 min nachgefragt und uns direkt in Sichtweite der Rezeption gesetzt. Das Zimmer war wieder nicht fertig. Danach ist auch niemand auf uns zugekommen. Um kurz nach 14 Uhr sind wir dann nochmals aktiv auf die Rezeption zugegangen und konnten endlich unser Zimmer beziehen. Generell ist es ok wenn man nicht früher ins Zimmer kann, aber der Umgang mit uns war hierbei nicht positiv. Im Internet des Hotels ist eine komplett andere Speisekarte im Vergleich zu der Speisekarte, welche es vor Ort gab. Der Bedienung war dies auch sichtlich peinlich. Beim Frühstück gibt es nur einfachen Filterkaffee und Cappuccino ist aufpreispflichtig.
