The hotel itself was nice. It was located in a prime localit Property was neat and clean. Courteous staff. Amazing experience with good service.

Breakfast was amazing just loved it.

If the Experience is BAD right after the moment you Check in, would you have anything much as Like?

(1) Right at Check in, they asked for Full Payment of the Duration of Stay, (2) They started Pestering me for paying the Full Payment of my Stay, (3) I conveyed, I have paid INR 5000 on Check in by Cash, so it is proportionate for 3 days, and then I shall Check Out, (4) They started arguing I have to pay the FULL MONEY of my Stay of 9 days, I showed then the Condition of my booking, Cancellation at any time without any Charge, (5) I remember to have booked through booking.com, whereas my communication got through oyo hotels, the Call Centre Boys does NOT want to listen the Cancellation Clause, and pestered my to pay the Full Amount of 9 days, (6) In the Night around 9.00pm, the Manager, named Akash of Dove Residency (It is no formerly, the Hotel Exists), knocked at my Room and spoke with his Manager, named Parthamesh, Corporate Head Quarters, OYO Hotels,he too argued without honouring Cancellation Clause, saying Pay the Full Amount for 9 Days Reservation, (7) The Manager, Akash, threatened me to move out of his Hotel right in the middle of the Night, when I said INR 5000 is with you, then he said he will count me as a Walk in Customer with Daily Rate of INR 2500 per day, (8) I conveyed, now all equation cleared, I agree to Check Out before 12.00 noon on 15th October 2024, effectively staying less than 2 days as a walk-in Customer, (9) On 15th October 2024, I checked out of the Hotel around 9.00am, (10) www.booking.com, hereinafter if a Travellers booking is getting outsourced to shady Hotel Chains like OYO and similar, then be Honest to mention it in your website. That way atleast I will come to know www.booking.com is NOT to be Trusted, and they are the same like Shady Hotel Chains like OYO. Claim Big, Deliver almost Nothing. Have a Lovely Day ...
