Nothing was there to like

Bed washroom evrything was bad

Location, as I needed to stay in that particular area only.

Shabby, small room, tap and bathroom fixtures were coming out.

I had made payments thru gpay n the amount wasn't showing in their account immediately, so I tried almost 4 times, my account got debited with the account 4 times and m still struggling to get my payment back

Co operation from the staff

Size of the room was good, but it was not clean. It was more of a day-use room for changing. It has a good dressing mirror.

Cleanliness of the room and the washroom was the major concern. Bed was not very comfortable for night stay. Geyser had issues, felt it could blow off any minute.

Location of the hotel

The room needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Has a dirty looking bucket in the washroom, Dustin was dirty, the bedsheet was torn and the hotel charged more than the price listed on booking.com. Also if you pull the drawers it has lots of dirt and garbage.

Nothing.

The condition of the hotel was pathetic. The lift had to be slammed to close it. The staircase was fully loaded with dirt items. Cockroaches on the bed. The washroom was wet and was used by someone else as the floor was wet and discarded tissue paper around. Had difficulty in locking the door as well as there was no proper lighting to insert the key.
