Location, comfortable beds, excellent customer service.

A little dated in spots, but to be expected considering the good value.

A lovely house in the heart of Downings. Very clean. Plenty of space. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars and beach. 3 superb golf courses within a 1km drive.

The place had a real hard try at being a beach get away. Directions to the location were really good. Water pressure in the showers was good.

There was a lack of information and details on internal things like where thermostat was for heating, that the radiators in the main upstairs bedroom were off, the kitchen was missing what I would call essential items for cooking..ie wooden spoon, regular tongs. Overall it didn't feel as clean as previous places we stayed.

The host didn't respond to my emails and I didn't have access to the property. When I arrived the windows on the ground floor were wide open and I was able to have a look inside. In fact I was able to get my head inside the window. As a long standing customer of Booking.Com I'm surprised this property is on your site.

I didn't stay. I had to search for alternative accommodation and still await a refund. I noticed the property is pet friendly which might have been the part of the problem?
