The property has a washing machine and a clothes rack available, it was also great that we had the entire property to ourselves. It’s pretty spacious and the beds are comfortable. There’s a small kitchenette if that is of any use. There’s also the convenience of power-points next to each bed.

Our room had very obviously not been cleaned prior to our check-in (dishes unwashed, beds unmade, rubbish in the room). We arrived after 5pm and the check-in time was 3pm, so it’s not like we were too early or they didn’t have time to clean. This has never happened to us on any trip we’ve been on before. There’s also no staff available on-site meaning we had to call the contact number multiple times in order to get the problem resolved. It took multiple calls because none of the staff could understand English and as such we had to awkwardly try to communicate using Google translate. Thankfully we had a Japanese friend who could help translate the problem in writing for us. By the time they actually sent someone round to clean it was 6:30pm, meaning we couldn’t actually settle into the room until about 9pm. Considering how much we paid for our stay ($420 AU/¥39950 for two nights), it’s absolutely unacceptable. There’s a steep staircase to the beds on the upper floor which is tiring to traverse back and forth and also inaccessible for anyone with disabilities regarding mobility. The toilet is on the ground floor which due to the staircase means you have to navigate the stairs in the middle of the night.

Very little cutlery in kitchen. Floors in entrance area were quite dirty. Limited communication from staff.

Perfect, new, comfortable accommodation. In complete purity. In a good location. Communication with the owner was quick and friendly. Too bad we could only spend 2 nights here. I recommend.

We asked for 5 bed but it was 3 beds end 2 futons. So it is not like the photos and the information on the web. It was also far located.

- the property is really big and nice - fully equipped - I really liked the combined toilet with sink. Greate way how to save water.

- it was really cold place - the air conditioning heating only worked upwards, so it was too hot to sleep upstairs and it was cold downstairs to sit at the table - We also didn't like the camera in the kitchen... We had the feeling that someone was still watching us
