For dog friendly read “smells of wet dogs” Cigarette smoke pretty impressive from flat below surprised they were still alive.. Unbelievable commitment to what I can only assume was a call of duty game drumming the walls throughout the night till 6am…

Lovely location.

Deep clean required, dust under all furniture. No bedside lights, had to get out of bed to turn off light after reading.

It was near the town

Excellent location, close to the beach and town centre

There was nothing I did not like

Good location, nicely decorated throughout Could do with a new toilet set in main bathroom as paint coming off it .

The wardrobe in the main bedroom was covered in black mould ( this affected my husbands chest the minute he open the door) black mould spores this time of year and could cause severe health problems for certain people this meant we had no where to hang up clothes. The smell of cigarettes from the downstairs flat was over powering in the stairway and could be smelt in the bathroom. I do appreciate you have no control over the flat below. New toilet seat in main bathroom as paint peeling off. Could do with more crockery and glasses as only one wine glass. No oven glove. Pillows need to be of a better standard as they were old and flat.

We really loved the apartment, the location, the surrounding area and the free parking. The owner was easy to reach and very quick to assist with issues I had with the Internet. It was comfortable and clean and the size for my family was perfect.

There was a tennant below in apartment one who made us feel very uncomfortable and terrified my youngest child. He was up all night talking to himself and kept standing outside the property smoking and saying things to us each time we came out that didn't make sense and at one time was offensive. He spoiled our time there. He was loud through the early hours and kept wedging open the main door to the building that should of been shut.
