Orme view dog friendly apartment

Front room and kitchen we're good. Nicely decorated but property needs some TLC.

Bathroom radiator rusted badly,shower seal leaked. Toilet seat broken. No TV aerial. Repulsive smell of stale cigarette smoke in bedroom. And asked to strip bed on leaving which revealed a heavily stained duvet. Yuk Front room windows do not open very stuffy even with fan provided.

Very nice apartment, good location

The flat is clean, comfortable, bright and well equipped. We were a little concerned about finding car parking on the street but this was not an issue. Very good value for money in a convenient location and quiet road.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the double bedroom as mentioned by other reviewers.

Good location, 5 minutes walk from the pier in a quiet residential area. Free roadside parking. Clean and comfortable. Towels provided. Extras available such as books to read and a wii console to play. Two toilets, one with a bath and one with a shower.

First floor apartment so not suitable for anyone with a mobility impairment. Not designated parking so we were lucky to get a spot outside. No toiletries provided.

Apartment was very nice and comfortable. Excellent location and amenities cooker fridge microwave and a toaster. I think the photos on the site do it a disservice.

Not a very good selection of glasses only 2 wine glasses. Cleaning bill is expensive for a short stay but it's per stay so would be very reasonable if staying a week.

Easy walk to shops, pier and beach, on a quiet street with plenty of parking. Bright, warm and clean. Sofas and mattress were comfy. It had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Since cushions, books and wall decor have been added it’s actually nicer than shown in the photos. The manager always responded promptly to messages.

Only minor things: the locks and keys are awkward, and there are no coat hangers. The quality of the furniture and finish are what we would expect for a well-priced apartment. We had no toilet paper, sheets or clean bedding on the first night and the manager couldn’t help until the following day. As it was a Sunday evening I resorted to borrowing bedding from a hotel. Much stress could have been avoided if only we had been warned when the problem first became known. Since he was very apologetic and more than made amends the following day we haven’t reduced our rating and we would certainly stay there again. Mishaps do happen which is why it’s important he obtains guests’ contact details from the owner from now on.

location was an easy walf to the sea

the only thing that really spolit our experiance was the strong odour of cigarette smoke through out,getting worse when the down stairs tennant lit up

Lovely apartment with everything you could want. 2 mins front sea front

a little difficult to enter as keys werent brilliant. Not a big issue.
