"A shame - a nice flat in a good location, but noisy and with an overpowering smell of cigarettes"

Location is very good and the property was clean and nicely designed. Keys were easy to locate.

The property reeked of cigarette smoke and it became clear why. We were kept up until just before 4am by people smoking and talking outside the bedroom window - it seems this is a designated smoking area. It's inches from the bedhead. Only two cups provided and no bowls at all, so cereal had to be eaten out of one of the cups. Shower door doesn't close properly, so it was impossible to stop water leaking out.
