One Bedroom Private Garden Apartment BY PROPERTY PROMISE

I did not like it at all, is the worse place ever.

When I checked in all the property was dirty, food in the sink , sofa full of stains and dirty, heavy smell of cigarettes, found a empty can on the table, broken chairs in the garden, photo taken. I did tried to call but the number is not working only trough the Booking message, I request refund due the state of property and they just came back to me late and they said they can’t refund my money, to request from Booking. I did called to Booking and said they will send an email with the advice to refund my money, all the photos has been sent by email to both of them . Please don’t waste your money with this property you will lose your money and also your holiday. I have to book another room and spending a lot of money and time due this kind of people.

i liked the decoration and how homely it felt

it was unclean when i arrived and there were leftovers from the previous guests such as alcohol, food, cigarettes ends scattered everywhere outside.

I really didn't expect Apartment will be this much good and clean. I'm coming back soon to stay this Apartment. I will say this is thousands time better than stay at hotel. Highly recommend 💥💥💥💥💥💥

good location and comfortable

we tried to phone customer services but the number didn’t even dial

Dirty bedsheets, blankets and pillows... had to prepare the sofa bed myself while informed well in advance. General very poor condition. Well overpriced.

The place looks nice on pictures but that's about It...

we checked out after less than 24 hours.... Firstly the property smells like stale smoke and cannabis, the floor is coming up in some places making it wobbly, neither of the TVs work and the WiFi is very slow and temperamental, the crockery in the cupboard are all dirty and the fridge smells like mouldy milk, the towel has foundation marks all over it and the bed had hairs on the sheets and the shower doors don't shut plus the plugs are all blocked so ends up flooding. Upon booking, the owner told us there was parking down the roads either side that was free of charge and not permit but this was a lie, which left us driving around until midnight to find a parking spot and having to walk 20 minutes back to the place. The front door is a shared door with a key however the apartment door is done by a 3 digit code which is easily guessed which left us feeling VERY insecure. The garden had rubbish all round it which meant I had to clean up before letting the dog out there.

The space.... Simplicity and slickness - was such a huge warming feeling that contrasted the entrance of the street/ courtyard. Such a lovely shock of what I depicted before walkng in 2
