Kitchen was not clean, no cups, no toilet roll

Heating was ok, location for city centre

Where do we start... First off do you like rats? If so then this fury flat is the place to be, if not take some ear plugs. Hygiene isn't the best, Had to clean on arrival. And still left with dust webs hanging from well pretty much everything. The cooker and microwave hadn't been cleaned in months, food still left in the freezer. Signal on the TV barely worked. Shower door is hanging off, shower head was filthy. Photos need to be updated, missing plugs on the floor light in living room, missing furniture from the bedroom compared to photos. Hang out with some friends in the 'garden'

Thick dark cobwebs everywhere, I phoned the office and asked to be put into another accommodation they refused and didn’t even send the cleaner to come clean the cobwebs. I have pictures

Lovely and spacious.

Comfortable and easy access.

The sofa bed was nice and comfortable

There was no hot water in the sinks so couldn’t wash up or have a warm wash. The pillows we stained and absolutely disgusting, there was still food on the chopping board that hadn’t been cleaned looked like tomato, the tea cups were dirty in the cupboard, also the amount of dust
